Fassnidge Skatepark, located in Fassnidge Park is a set of outdoor metal ramps on tarmac. The park opens at 9am daily and is open until: 4pm in November, December, January and February, 5pm in March and October, 6pm in April, 7pm in September and 8pm in May, June, July and August. It is free of charge to skate and unlit. It is only a 9 minute walk from Uxbridge Underground Station and served also by local busses.
The park includes 2 long facing quarter pipes creating a minicamp., a roll in leading to a driveway with a ledge, a mellow flat bank, a smaller driveway without a ledge, a flat bar and a small flat ground area. As the metal ramps are finished in a black protective paint to protect them from rusting they are a smooth skate and great for both learning and practicing transition.
